Privacy Policy
I collect usage metrics using Google Analytics, as well as those provided by my content management system; this data does not include any uniquely identifiable information. The types of information collected includes: browser type, operating system, page views, time on site, search queries, country/city, etc. I gather this information to aid me in better understanding my audience, usage patterns of my site, and which content is favoured over others.
I cannot make assurances as to the collection or usage of metrics by either, my content management system itself (Squarespace), my ecommerce payments gateway (Stripe), or my SSL certificate/domain provider (GoDaddy). For information on how these companies use your data, please read their individual privacy policies and/or contact them directly.

Returns
RETURN POLICY
I hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may make a return for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on my return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at returns@cals.art to make arrangements. As you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, I strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your item(s) and inspecting their condition, I will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item(s) to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. I will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
● commissioned items once commenced or finished
● digital services already rendered
